Having a roof above...
Many things are often being taken for granted... For example, a cup of coffee or tea or milk every morning on the table... Did you ever say thank you to your mum or dad or helper who prepared that for you everyday?
A meal prepared by my mum... today, I once again (knowingly) felt the love of my family... It's another dinner but mum really put alot of effort on the dishes... She knows what each and every one like to eat and she cooked them for us...
- Malay style boiled egg with sambal chilli
- Spicy eggplant
- Oatmeal prawns
- Vegetables
- Some herbal soup
It's been really long since my mum cooked for us... Eversince she started working when I was at the age of 6, meals are always prepared by our helper. It's only recently when mum decided to just work only in the morning, then she has more time for the family and she started preparing meals for us... I really missed all this food, and now I get to enjoy them again... Thanks, mum... I love you...
I know not all people own a car, but if there's a chance, try to wash the car together with your parents... I do that every weekend and I really enjoy it. My dad will wash his company vehicle and I'll wash our family car. We always challenge to see who wash faster, but I always lose to him. (He's really fast!!) It may be really hot because of the sun and tiring when the car is really dirty, but the time spent together is really something that cannot be bought with money. Thanks, dad... I love you too...
Having a roof above... Most of us have... But have you ever pause for a moment to really feel the warmth and comfort? Try it... especially if you are not feeling too good because of some things... I will and always believe, no matter what happens, I'll still be loved...
