Roller Coaster!!! Wee...
Someone was commenting to me that my mood is just like a roller coaster ride... It goes up and down, up and down...And this was what I replied:
"Things happened everyday and all the time. There'll be times when things don't go smoothly or the way we want it to be. Then it's natural that you'll feel sad or unhappy. But after that I think we should recover and not live in misery all the time....
Everything is just a matter of choice. You can choose to be happy or sad. If you choose to live in sadness, then you'll continue to be sad. But if you decided that you want to leave the misery and be happy, then you must have the determination... Soon, the sadness will just fade off and you'll be fine again.

That's just my 2 cents worth of thoughts... Seems like I said it before... But nvm lah... can say it again... Can remind myself as well...
