Idiot L****!~!! You better pay up!!!

Look at my car!!! You see that hole? That's the hole caused by this person by the surname of L****. I shall call him LIZARD for now.

26 Jan 09 (Mon): 1st day of Chinese New Year

My dear boyfriend drove my car to Singapore with his parents for CNY Visiting. On the way back to JB in the afternoon, they were caught in a traffic jam at the Causeway Custom. So the car was crawling like a snail.

While waiting, this car drove by LIZARD came from the back, don't know what he's doing. Suspected to be sleeping, he, driving a Singapore off-peak car also, bang onto the back of my car. So the seal of his red plate pierced thru my vehicle plate, just like a bullot shot.



Amazing right? That's not the point. When the accident happened, LIZARD was like an innocent sheep. So they just took photos and exchange contact number. Both parties agreed to settle this after they return back to Singapore.

On Wednesday, we drove our car to our regular workshop and ask for quotation if we were to send the car to them for repair. They quoted about 1.2K and stated if we send to Mazda agent, it can cost easily up to 2+K.

So we called LIZARD and inform him, at the same time providing the 2 options to him. He said he will discuss with his wife and get back to us soon when they return the next day.

1 Feb 09 (Sunday): 7th day after the accident
LIZARD called and advised us to send our car to his recommended workshop. It'll cost about 1K also but they can make use of the spoiled bumper and give rebates to LIZARD for his car repair. I didn't want to because, my car is a pearl white Mazda 3. This colour is a 3 layer code paint which is very difficult and almost not possible to get the same colour unless original paint is used. So I don't trust any our private workshops except Mazda agent and our workshop (becoz they repaired my car before in the previous accident and used the original paint. So I can trust them.)

Now LIZARD ask to lower to $900. After much negotiation, we gave in to reduce to $900 but he still ask for further negotiation. So will give a confirmation by that night.

12.30am, LIZARD called. He once again requests us to send the car to his recommended workshop. We refused and restrict him to the 2 options we provided. Then he request to reduce the compensation to $800. The issue is he's not Singapore at the moment.

Very very angry and irritated, we ended the conversation and command him to give us a reply by the next day before noon. Otherwise, we'll just send the car for repair at Mazda agent and claim his car insurance.

Now... 1 worry... is there any chance where after the repair, we fail to claim from his insurance? But this stupid LIZARD really very very irresponsible!!!

That's his vehicle number!! So if anyone see this vehicle on the road, better stay away from him. He's a very very horrible person. Don't be deceived by his looks. He may look very very innocent, but he's very very irresponsible.
