Vylkia Reunion Dinner!!!
Over the years, the group has expanded but also shrank by quite a fair bit. But it's ok. We'll still have our usual Chinese New Year Reunion Dinner. This year, we have Uncle Terence and Ginny as our organisers. Thank you for the effort....
This year is abit special. We went to Hogs's Breath Cafe instead of any chinese restaurant or 煮炒摊.... the best part is we still have our yusheng....
This is my 1st time there. So didn't really know what to eat. So I order a Hawaian Hickory Chicken Burger. Looks really big.... It's nice!!!
Inside, there's slices of beetroot. I've heard of beetroot since young, but never know how it looks like and taste like. This is the 1st time... but didn't really like the taste...
And that's our Ang Moh Yusheng!!! Thanks to our creative Uncle Terence. He managed to come up with such an idea of requesting the chef to prepare Caesar Salad with the veges shredded and on top of it, just add some fish fillets.... Amazingly, they even managed to have all the correct sauces for us and also have some bread crumbs just like the crackers that we have for normal yusheng...
Amazing right? Hmm.. think the restaurant should market this. It'll definitely make good money out of it....
