Weakness...
It's been a week, just a week and I'm totally worn out. Am I really weak? Or it's really too intensive? Lack of sleep, insufficient rest, fatigue builds up, latic acid accumulating very fast at thigh areas and subside very slowly... Blisters on toes bursting... Muscle aching everywhere... Will I be able to make it this saturday?
It starts to get more stressful as the time approaches as the routine still seems so unfamiliar and expressionless. Concentration is totally not there when there's insufficient intake of food and water and rest. Vision is like a "going to spoil television set"... It may just go blank once in a while and resume back...
Happiness, enjoyment is not there... then what's the point of continuing...
