The Difference between Guys and Ladies...
Guys and ladies are actually very different species... different in looks, biologically different and different in the way they think and react to things...This is a common scenario: Given a problem and a decision has to be made, Ms A takes the assumption that Mr B is having the same thinking as her, the problem comes when Mr B doesn't take the action as what Ms A assumes that will be done. Then Ms A will be unhappy and just doesn't understand why Mr B did that and not otherwise. Because of this, the tension builds up...
Many times, there will be misunderstandings between the gender because of the different angles they look at a situation. Guys tends to look at it from the very surface and tends to take a neutral stand or more skew towards the positive side, whereas ladies tends to look more into the underlying messages and problems of the situation. However, there is also a higher tendency for guys to act more rationally as compared to ladies though this largely depends on the characteristics and personality of each individual.
